1.1 Information You/Your Vendor Partner Provide to FINAGG

When you/your vendor partner interacts with us via our websites or use the FAME SCORE Service app, we may collect information/data and other information from you/your vendor partner as further described below.

1.1.1 When You Visit Our Website

We collect information/data from you/your vendor partner when you/your vendor partner submits information or interacts with our websites, tries our app, signs up for a webinar, or initiates product inquiries. This includes overall financial health, business vintage, GST, and Tax Compliance, among others. You are free to explore some of our website pages without providing any information/data about yourself/your vendor partner.

We use this information to provide certain services to you (Anchor). Additionally, we may share your vendor partner’s registration data with our partners to pull out necessary information/data as part of our services to you.

1.1.2 Account and Vendor Partner’s User Information

We collect information/data when you/your vendor partner sign up for FAME Score, create or modify user information, set preferences, or provide any other related information to access or utilize our Service. This includes details like GSTIN, Banking, ITR, Credit Information from any/all Credit Bureaus (CIBIL), KYC, etc.

1.1.3 Customer Testimonials

We fetch data from you/your vendor partners after obtaining consent. We obtain each customer’s consent via our webpage wherein certain terms and conditions must be agreed upon before pulling out your vendor partner’s data.

1.2 Information We Collect and Process When You/Your Vendor Partner Use the Service

1.2.1 Log Files

When you/your vendor partner visits our websites and uses the Service, we collect and process your/your vendor partner’s data to prepare a detailed report using the AI-based evaluation tool, FAME Score. This includes GSTIN, Banking, ITR, Credit Information from any/all Credit Bureaus (CIBIL), KYC, etc.

1.2.2 Fetch Data

We fetch data from various sources when you/your vendor partner gives express consent. This data is used to create detailed reports via third-party providers in an anonymized manner.

1.2.3 Mobile

When you/your vendor partner access or use the Service via mobile applications, we collect data such as device model, operating system, or device identifier.

1.2.4 Third-Party Integrations

You may connect third-party integrations to your FinAGG account, which may ask for permissions to access or send data to your account. It is your responsibility to review the permissions you grant to third-party applications.

When your vendor partner avails the Service, they may share information such as GSTIN, Banking, ITR, Credit Information from any/all Credit Bureaus (CIBIL), KYC, etc. FinAGG processes this data in accordance with your Terms of Service.

2. How We Use Your Vendor Partners' Information

2.1 To Provide the Services

2.1.1 To Communicate with You/Your Vendor Partner About the Services

We use the information/data you/your vendor partner provide to contact you via email or in-app notifications regarding billing, account management, and administrative matters. We also send updates related to legal agreements and security incidents.

2.1.2 To Provide and Improve the Service

We use vendor partner information/data to provide services as per the agreement. The data is shared externally only in anonymized and aggregated forms to enhance product features.

2.1.3 To Secure and Protect Our Product and Users

We use vendor partner account data to prevent security incidents and meet legal requirements. The data is used to verify user accounts, detect fraud, and prevent abuse.
